Last week, Labion was present at the 2nd Brainstrorming Research Assembly for Young Neuroscientists, Brayn2019, in Milan at Mario Negri institute. It was a very wide and interesting scientific programme that linked together different research fields in the area of neuroscience, including neural plasticity, neuroinflammation, neuro-oncology, perinatal neurology and neurodegeneration both from therapeutic and diagnostic point of view.
Labion had the opportunity to present with oral talks of Dr. Carliomagno and Dr. Picciolini the research projects about the use of Raman spectroscopy and Surface Plasmon Resonance imaging for the investigation of neurological disease, like Alzheimer’s disease, Amiotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and ischemic stroke.
Thanks for this nice opportunity and see you next year in Pisa!
