Labion was present at the first Symposium of the Italian Society for Extracellular Vesicles (EVIta) in Palermo. The symposium brought together italian excellence in the study of extracellular vesicles in the areas of neuroscience, biomarkers, cancer, regenerative medicine, drug delivery, liquid biopsy, immunology and epigenetics.
The meeting was a good opportunity for us to strat new collaborations and share the results of some of our research projects about the application of nanobiophotonics for the analysis of extracellular vesicles in easily accessible biofluids, with a talk of Dr. Picciolini entitled “Biophotonics-based biosensor for the detection of circulating extracellular vesicles as biomarkers in personalized neurorehabilitation”.
